About Molly

Molly spent 18 years working for her family's business, a nationally recognized quick-service restaurant chain, Burger King. During this time she forged a path of leadership which helped the business to consistently earn an annual ranking of the Top 10 Franchises and the honor of being North America's National Franchise of the Year in 2013. Additionally, Molly was a trailblazer for leadership and culture development for the National Franchisee Association. She helped other franchisees and restaurant leaders improve how their managers recruit, hire, train, communicate and motivate their team members. This drove Burger King teams to focus on performance and deliver high-value results.

Currently Molly serves as the Executive Director of the GreatLIFE Cares Foundation, the philthropic arm of yet another family business. As Executive Director, Molly partners with over 30 non-profit and civic organizations to provide leadership and raise awareness and funds for their endeavors. Beneficiaries of the work Molly is doing with the GreatLIFE Cares Foundation include: TeamMates Mentoring Program, Boys and Girls Club of the Sioux Empire, Youth Entrepreneurs/Empower, Junior Achievement, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, St. Francis House, McCrossan’s Boys Ranch, Center of Hope, Sioux Falls Hope Coalition, YMCA, Bishop O’Gorman Catholic Schools, Sioux Falls Public Schools, Sioux Falls Career and Technical Institute, and many others.

Molly’s passion for empowering people to fully step into their personal and professional best has led her to volunteer for organizations such as Embe’s Women’s Leadership Program, Dress for Success, Women to the Workforce, Bishop O’Gorman Catholic Schools, Rapport Leadership International, and Girls on the Run. Standing in the belief that “Givers Gain” Molly took it upon herself to host monthly “Recharge” events for graduates of Rapport’s Leadership Breakthrough I class, quarterly “Empowered To Be Me” events for elementary and middle school girls, and annual “Teen Leadership Breakthrough,” an intensive 2.5 day retreat for high school students.

Molly has supported executives, managers, and emerging leaders with nearly 1,500 hours of training and one-on-one coaching. In addition to being a licensed Jack Canfield and Quantum Endeavors Leadership and Executive Coach, Molly is a trained Positive Intelligence Coach and is certified in Co-Active, Core Strengths/Relationships Intelligence, Enneagram, and Voice Dialogue. She has earned the second highest credential with the International Coaches Federation, the PCC.

Through coaching, training, and speaking engagements, Molly ignites and enables peak performance by daring her clients to bravely step out of self-imposed limits to explore their leadership potential and live out loud in full expression of their authentic selves. By working with Molly, Empowered clients discover something more in them and courageously proclaim "The world is big and I am BIGGER!" The impact this has on organizations is fully engaged people who are passionately and enthusiastically making things happen. They are more innovative, more creative, and desire to level up the playing field. Empowered clients engage others through their high energy and compassionate nature.

God made me a small woman so I could learn to play BIG in a man’s world. Here I am with my team, a.k.a., the “Boys Club.”
