We can learn a lot about how to handle fear simply by observing how two South Dakota animals respond to an impeding storm. The cow will see the storm and run away from it. While they attempt to out-run the storm, they actually end up enduring the elements of the storm for a longer period of time. A better way of approaching the storm is to do as the buffalos do. A buffalo will see the approaching storm and will face it. It will patiently wait for it to approach. Then, at the right moment, the buffalo will charge the storm. It will run through the storm in an effort to minimize the impact the storm’s elements.
In this keynote speech, audience members will have an opportunity to examine their own fears and self-imposed obstacles. They will create a plan for overcoming them in order to achieve their goals and dreams. Attendees will also learn three beliefs that will become the foundation of their success journey.
